Trig's Mind...
So I keep seeing these ads for charity aid for the starving in Africa, yes it’s sad they are still suffering after all these years, but…
All the billions of pounds and millions of tonnes of aid we’ve sent over there over the years and yet they are still suffering, still having children, even though they can’t provide for them, the question I have to ask is what kind of parent would consciously bring a child in to that godforsaken life, in my book that’s borderline child cruelty and they should be dealt with as such. The argument could be made about their religion preventing them from using contraception but surely self preservation should take priority over a pointless, helpless religion, surely if there was a God, with a son who fed 5000 with a bit of bread and some fish I might add, he’d help those who are obviously trying to help themselves, we see them in the ads trying to farm and cultivate the land but the land is too dry, also why not eat the cows they hold in such high regard? How can a religion stop them from eating what ‘the lord’ has provided?
It’s obvious all the aid is going elsewhere, maybe to their government or more likely to the drugs trade, and we’re all made to feel guilty by watching starving kids and told to give money, we could be directly funding the drugs trade, your £2 a month could help little Kimkwey train to be a drug mule or help his farther maintain a field of Opium plants, how do you feel now? With the amount of aid they’ve received I’m sure they have the technology to saturate the land and produce a top quality crop, we should be proud, our government can only put a tax on hot food and blame each other for the recession.
